Where does it say tells the person to kill them self? Om1kron did not tell the guy he was going to come over and kill him did he? So again where is your proof that telling someone they should kill themselves is a federal crime?

Also 47 U.S.C. 223 applies to calling someone on the phone. Regardless om1kron is the name the guy was going by so he reviled his name simply by posting.

if you killed yourself it would injure you. I don't know any dead people that are healthy the reason it doesn't openly say "kill themselves" instead is solely for the fact that this gives it a broader field of authority.

and Om1kron isn't his legal name, so it doesn't count.

Can't blame them. So maybe it's a little extreme but I see there point, but trash talking the ppl who run it is ridiculous, all goes both ways. Personally think there should be a reasonable mixture on this forum and overall there is.

I have no idea about case law. im a mechanic, my extent of knowledge is limited to a car, that's about it.

but yes, im totally serous about everything, because I honestly care that a video ive seen I don't know how many times on youtube cant be posted on a forum. my whole world is crashing down now.
