Would these wheels stick out?

I'm interested in purchasing a set of wheels for my S13 hatch. Problem is, I'm not sure if they sit right without adjusting the camber or getting fender flares. The wheels are 15 x 7 and 15 x 8, and both have an offset of +13. Would these fit okay?

Yeah, I don't really want them to stick out of the fenders, just line up with them, or somewhat close to it. So this would be ok?

this forum isn't very good at judging flush... so i think you're gonna be safe with a tape measurer.
