That code 32 kade.
Done dealing with it so i throw in resistor on EGR temp sensor.
CEL comes on code 35 i have a 1/2 watt 100ohm resistor. should it be 1/4 watt? shouldn't it get rid of code32? reconnect temp sensor, CEL off. about to go for a drive pretty sure 32 will show up. anycode 32 experts egr is functioning. engine stalls when lifting egr. there is vacuum to egr, all hoses are new. MPG's 20 minimum i have cleaned egr and manifold ports. the last time 32 showed up it was causing CEL to turn off n on. i checked continuity it's OK. i have also gone thru FSM passed all tests concerning code 32. |

from my tests now there is no vacuum at egr.
there is no voltage change at terminal 105 at ECU. stays at under one volt when revving. there is continuity in harness. there is battery voltage at solenoid plug. solenoid tested and works. applied vacuum to egr it works. going to retest bptc then egr temp sensor. |
