WTT non running s14 for non running s13 two tone

I have a 95 s14 zenki that's not running . I want to trade it for a two tone s13 non running. Or I might be interested in a two tone shell but I'll need cash on top. My s14 Is clean title no back fees I put it on non op. It's an automatic base model so no sunroof, and it's still 4 lug. It's a really clean body no quarter panel damage or anything like that. I'm located in Sacramento ca. Pm me for more info. The picture is when I lowered it, but it's stock now.
