If you really want the widest possible, and have the money, you can have a shop work on the fenders and have them pulled out so you can fit wheels wider than 9.5".

I have seen 315's on a 17x10 inch rim on an s14. Looked really weird from the back. kinda like a flintstone car lol.

265's will fit with stock suspention? I dont mind rollong the fenders.
I'm going to get some wheels soon and I want to stuff the biggest tire I can in my S14. And yes I will have the power to use that size of tire some day.... here is my 240Z RB26 swap |

I have 275/40/18's on the rear of my s13 - but I have the stock steelys on the front cause the 245/40/18's i have for the front (5lug) probably will rub - and if i do the 5-lug and find out that they do rub - then it is a lot of work to put it back to 4 lug.
I am going to wait until the 275's are burnt up (they are still practically new - anyone want to buy just the tires?) and put the 245's on the rear (18x9.5) and 225's on the front. My opinion (and many other people's) don't stagger more than 2 sizes , ie 245-rear/225-front is ok 275-rear/195-front NOT okay. So if you are looking to fit 315's in the rear (or whatever - good luck fitting 305's in the front - you will have to cut the fender, put wide fenders on, use spacers with extra long bolts, near zero offset, and mad negative camber. If you can fit 245's on the front - that is plenty. just my opinion |

I have 18x10 +40 on the back with 265-35-18's... I did not pull the fenders and I have no rubbing... Also my AGX are set to 6 on the back.
