I have a Greddy Type S BOV. I originally got this with my Greddy turbo kit from my civic. Never had any issues with it. It is scraped a little bit on the purple cover(just like almost all of them these days).

I have the original cold pipe that came with the turbo kit that has the flange on it that I will include. If you just need the flange, I can cut a section out of the tubing and fit it in a usps flat rate box.

I have this one on my s14 and get asked constantly what type of BOV it is when people hear it. It is one of the more unique sounding ones.
