Help me identify plugs/wires?

So I pulled out my fuse box harness today to begin my relocation but I noticed a few things wrong with it.

First off, alllll of these wires were cut and taped up near my passenger side fuse box.

They lead back into the harness where it enters the passenger side of the firewall

Next, these wires are cut near the fuse box.

One of those wires go to one of these plugs (E18, E19) that plug in near the fusebox.

I mean, the car ran with all this shit cut out but what is all of it and can I leave it all cut out?

Also, I bought a spare harness just in case I fuck this one up and it's different than mine check it out.

Here is mine(minimal wiring):

Here is the spare I bought(what the fuck!):

Cant seem to find a diagram that shows this harness..Ive searched around and all I can find is diagrams that label connectors but not individual wires or where they go to. IDK.

Just need to figure out what these cut ass wires are.

Okay so I've been searching around more and figured out my black/yellow and black/white wires that are cut should be going to the S13 blue starter relay.

This:

Mine didn't even have it. But my car was push button start, so maybe they bypassed it, if that's a possibility? I might just leave it push button start I kinda liked it. If that's the case can I just leave those wires cut?

Still need to figure out what that big bundle of cut wires are. I think it may be air condition shit.

Thanks. That's actually not the harness I'm using. That's my spare one I bought that is a lot different than mine. I think it's for the ABS model.

I'm just trying to figure out what those cut wires I have are now...the purple, orange, fat grey, green, green/white, blue/white, red/grey, etc. When I look at wiring diagrams some of the wiring colors match "Data Link Connector for Consult" but IDK

Okay. So the cut wires are the ATCU according to a few people on Nicoclub. Can anyone verify?

I didn't even know this car used to be an auto! And is there any reason the starter relay wires would be cut like that other than the install of a push button start or something?
