sr20det fouling spark plugs

Hi guys I finally got my Sr running and it is fouling spark plugs. it is a s13 Sr redtop I am running a stock setup and a walbro pump no fpr just the stock one. could anyone tell me why it is running too lean if more info is needed ask. I'll try to help so you can help me out.

If it's fouling plugs it is running rich, not lean. Are the ends of the plugs covered in black carbon? THe walbro pump is too much for your stock setup...you need an aftermarket fpr and turn your pressure down. Or go get a tune

Well it was running rich but I found out the problem. then I took it out again and it started bogging out. so I brought it back took the spark plugs out and they had white tips but the circle was black. I thought that meant it was running to lean any ideal why.

If running to lean adjust iacv if that doesn't fix the idel problem then mabye o2sensor

02, iacv, or get an adjustable fpr.
