EDIT: The vacuum drawing is on EC-10, but it doesn't show the TB in very clear detail. |

1. Unsure of at this time. 2. I believe goes to the IACV? 3. Is your coolant inlet/outlet for the throttle body 4. Is not a vacuum source, you can cap it. 5. Is a vacuum source

ok, thank you for the input. 2 goes to 3. im still uncertain about 1,4 and 5. i dont want to cap anything off, because i have all the stock parts, and am going back to stock. and it seems as if you guys are uncertain about 1,4,5. doesnt one of theses connect to the plastic intake pipe? if so which one? also i dont think anyone of these lines connect to the iacv or egr evap, because all thoses sit on the back of the engine and i have all those vacuum lines sorted out. there are no missing connections in the back of the engine. though these might travel from front to back i still need to know where they start. once again, thank for the input, hopefully we can get this solved. |

I'm pretty certain that 1 and 5 run over to charcoal canister on the drivers front side. That needs atleast one vacuum source which could be either one of those two. 4 is not a vac source because it is before/at the throttle plate, it may connect to the black plastic intake pipe right before the throttle body. It's been awhile since I've messed with a KA.

Im too lazy to take all of it apart but I felt where 1 goes to and i think it goes to 4 unless there is another connection on the front (side closest to bumper) of the throttle body

I read the thread, I had no idea that the charcoal canister was moved/removed on the 97-98 models.
