97 Kouki 60K original miles, 5spd, Clean Title...Super Clean
Well this is it, my last Kouki that I am considering to let go. I will soon be selling my Lexus GS 2006 for those who are interested soon, so I thought I might as well just empty out my garage and sell my 1997 240sx. I said I never would, but I am thinking of getting a Prius to make up for all the pollution my previous cars have induced. Anyways, I am pretty sure this is one of the cleanest, lowest mileage 240's you will find that has a clean title, and is unmolested. It has a few mods but nothing major. It has a few minor dents and scratches but nothing serious. All the modifications were purchased brand new, and were recently installed, with the exception of the headunit and speakers. All mods have less then 500 miles on them. The car has a clean title and has no problems what so ever. It gets great gas mileage, which in turn makes it an awesome daily driver. I recently got it smogged and it passed with flying colors January 2012. I have the title in hand and the CA registration is all taken care of for 2012. The gears shift smooth as butter, tires have lots of tread left, and the A/C blows ice cold. I haven't had any problems with this car, and I don't anticipate that the future owner should have any either. This car is in pristine condition and I know I will regret selling her. Anyways, here are the details and some more pics.

It looks exactly like my kouki I had a while back. Base model has the best interior, all the panels are black, and I dont like the white gauges in the SE or the sunroof. The only thing I didn't like was the 4 lug. GLWS man.

The HID's were done at Best Tint in Stanton, CA. They are good guys who are also S-chasis enthusiasts! |

Really Nice car.
The sad part is, if I find and buy a clean car like this with low miles the reality is I would probably never drive it and keep it stored (like you probably did). Things that would be going on in my mind while driving this: What if someone crashes into me, putting miles on this, etc. I don't know if I could justify spending 10K for a garage queen. LOL

a prius.....WTF!
You do know that even though the prius puts out less pollution, the amount of pollution to make a prius may outweigh 90% of the cars out there...keep your kouki. The Prius Bad for the Environment? |

I have responded to all the PM's and have cleared out my message box. Again, as I mentioned before emailing me is a better means of communication for me.
Also forgot to mention, that this is a non-smoker vehicle, and I AM NOT LOOK FOR ANY TRADES. Truly, it doesn't get any better than this. I didn't have time to take interior pics (I have a lot of clothes in the car from my clothing line) so once I have time to empty the back seats I'll post some pics up. Here are a few I snapped last night: The HID's look really green here, but in reality they are not green at all, plus I just turned them on and snapped the pic; so, the gases didn't have enough time to heat up. It's more white with a light tint of blue. |

I agree with this. Whenever someone wants to buy my car I tell them 9 grand knowing that only someone with tons of dough would ever give me that much for it because deep down inside I don't ever want to sell it.
Anyways, free bump for those low miles! |

Hey Ryan,
No worries, just give me a call so we can schedule something for tomorrow night. Only thing is, someone from SF came down to look at the vehicle tomorrow night as well, so hopefully we can meet somewhere near their hotel, which should be closer for you anyway. As I mentioned to you on the phone, Monday is unfortunately my only day off, so tomorrow I should get off work at 8 PM so let me know a good time that works for you tomorrow night. Here are some pics of the Security System I recently installed: Color Screen Remote (Still has plastic wrap around it ) also has an additional remote (non-color), spare key, and trunk key. iPhone App (identified as "Batmoblie" but you can always change the name ) works for Android too (I already paid for 3 years GPS activation, so buyer will get that along with the car). Also, I have responded to all the PM's and emails. Thanks for the interest guys! I hope she finds a good home soon! |
