Little background info. Imported stock Silvia with s14 sr20. Last year running stock boost my afrs were all normal. (9psi) Over the winter I added a Front mount, Apexi filter kit and a profec B. Running no BOV. I'm pulling 14.6-15.6 at idle and while cruising. But with my boost controller off just running waste gate (about 5.5 psi) I'm hitting 13's on my UEGO.

Is my filter causing my MAF to read funny? I do remember while waiting for my filter kit to arrive I started the car to trouble shoot some other issues and with the MAF open to direct air it caused some lean idle issues. I know they can be a tad temperamental and can be affected my air turbulence.

Basic tune up was done upon import:
Plugs
fuel filter

Any idea?

Looks like your fuel pump is on its way out.
