Are all S13 SR20 CAS the same???

I have a late-model blacktop (J4 ECU)....

Are ALL S13 SR20 CAS the same as each other?

I know that the J4 ECU only uses a single wire for one of the signals (1* or 180*) and uses 2 wires for the other (going into the ECU), whereas on a redtop ECU, both signals have 2 wires each going to the ECU.

In spite of this, are the actual CAS the same across ALL S13 SR20s?
