ok so i have a 91 ka24de and am having some issues. the timing was off and the car wouldnt start. so i set it to TDC and set the rotor to cyl. 1. the car now starts but idles super rough, like 500rpms and wants to die. if i try to hit the gas even the slightest bit it will die. the car started yesterday when i got it to TDC then this morning i had to try about 3-4 times for it to start. i have no clue what it is, the fuel pump is fine, it is getting fuel, so idk what it is. anyone have any light to shed on this?

got it, it was the fuel filter.
