180sx RHD front clip. NO ENGINE, NO TRANS, NO DCC(digital cliamte control). Has everything needed fora RHD conversion. I will include a RHD dash thats in very nice shape(not pictured) and a RHD center console(not pictured)

Not aware of any control unit for these gauges. From what I can tell, it's a direct install.

Easiest way to tell is by looking at the redline, SOHC redline at 6500, DOHC redline at 7k.
The HUD unit has a harness atttached that plugs into the back of the digital cluster.

I've compared them coupe and hatch mudguards side by side and they look the same to me.
