s2000 antenna install?
Searched, but nothing really came up with what I was looking for.
I just purchased a s2000 antenna to install on my s13. One problem the s2k threads are pretty darn short compared to s13. Obviously not a screw in affair. Anybody have any experience with this? Thanks in adavance. -tb

Do a search here or on google, seen many diy topics on this, but in a nutshell, you will have to buy a bolt with same thread pitch as your OEM ant. and cut the head off with hacksaw or something to correct lenght (I think one inch, but that was for s14 specs, not sure about s13). Then, unscrew the s2000 post and insert new hacked bolt into mast using thread lock. Thread lock on the threads and screw into mount. Done and lookin good. GL man.

bringing back an old topic but....
i have the s2000 antenna too and the bolt inside it is connected together to a coil spring that goes through the antenna. the bolt is too short to screw into my s13. so how would i make the bolt longer to thread into the stock base? please and thanks
