You should get a turbonetics manual boost controller inline with the IACV to adjust your idle lmao

but seriously, there's a way to properly adjust the idle. Unplug the plugs near the TB there should be two. Start the car and let the idle stablelize after the engine is warmed up. Turn the adjustment screw on the IACV-this should be near the back of the intake manifold. Plug in the plugs and it should be lower.

He has already gone through my walk through and it did not help him. He has issues elsewhere.
