Far as clutch I'm not 100% on using the sr one. I know the ka/Rb/vg30De (not turbo) are interchangable. My buddy had a Ka-T s12 and went to use a sr20 clutch I had kicking around and changed his mind due to the input shaft spline position to be further ahead or back I can't remember regardless he bought a Ka Exedy one instead.
Far as trans it should be fine just swap the bellhousings around and actually the ka has a longer 5th gear from what I've read. I have a rb20 and the trans was taking a shit so I ripped apart a ka24 trans and swapped what I needed to make it work. The ka/sr/ca/rb20 trans are mostly the same except the rb20 output shaft is shorter and obviously bellhousings are different.
Well to be honest a ka24 trans is direct bolt onto a Rb minus one bolt thats very easy to retap

SR clutch on an SR, KA clutch on a KA, CA clutch on a CA etc. The back half of the transmission does not play a part in the clutch you will end up having to use.
