CA ca18det intercooler size

i just got a ca18det for my 1990 240sx and im gonna keep it stock for now except for a blow off valve and an intercooler.can anyone tell me what a perfect size intercooler would be for maximum cooling and minimum pressure loss. i want to get as much power out of it as i can.

Humm .. any intercooler .. there some unit on ebay not too big that will be good enough .. the max Hp you will see with a stock CA18det is 180 whp and that pushing the litlle t25 out of its efficiency range ( at 15 psi) and at 5000 rpm the boost will fall of cuz the turbo cannot keep up at this boost.

And do yourself a favor and dont waste your time with a blow off. Your motor came from the factory with no blow off for a reason. Wish I never wasted my time welding a flange for one on my CA.

i sumwhat agree w/ this statement....but i say when replace the turbo (and u WILL replace it) then get one..no sense in spending 1k on turbo just to beat up on it w/ compressor surge
