SR 180sx starts, but no accessories

so i have done an engine swap in my 180sx, sr20det-sr20det, just put in a new engine because the old one spun a bearing. well when i didn't have the engine hooked up, all the accessories were working, lights popped up, clock worked. then i starting trying to start the car, everything is hooked up except the alternator, and that CAS timing was out, i fixed that and the engine starts straight away, but now none of the accessories work, the lights turn on, but won't pop up, and i noticed that the alternator fuse was blown, but the alternator doesn't have any power going directly to it, but the grey plug has been plugged in?

any one got any suggestions on what it could be?

Replace the Alt fuse and put an alternator on it.
