Hopefully I can find an answer here.

I'm a bit confused

I'm running a fairly aggressive setup up front on my 14(17x10+3) with about -4 camber. When I'm at full lock to the left how would I go about increasing the camber of the inner wheel. Vise versa when I'm at full lock to the right.

Only reason I ask is bc at full lock the lack of negative camber is causing my fender to sit right on top of my tire. If I could increase the camber to tuck it a little it would be perfect.

I have ready that increased caster will help with camber gain, will it help with increased camber gain of the inner wheel?

Please excuse how I worded that question.. Lol

where to tap in for fuel pressure gauge?

Hello superiors, have a sr20 red top and wanted to know where should I tap in for running a mechanical fuel press gauge.

Also wanted to let you know that per your advice I recirculated the open bov and it fixed my ideling issue! You guys are awsome!

Thank you.

How much does a set of type x fog light go for, it's just the single set, not the 2 per side style, just one per side.. The lenses are crystal clear, factory wiring and even the switch? Any help would be appreciated.

Ackerman: It’s what makes the outside wheel in a drift turn at a farther angle than the inside wheel.

Does anyone know if the rear upper control arm eccentric bolt is the same as the rear toe link eccentric? I need the rear toe link bolt and the parts guy at nissan said that they were the same but when I had them out the ruca bolt has a big roughly inch wide spacer on it that the toe link didnt have.

I think I know what you are talking about, the eccentric part should be the same shape and the bolts should be interchangeable. The spacer I think you are talking about is a thick solid metal piece next to the bolt head? I had assumed that was used for either 1) a hand turn knob to adjust the eccentric bolt or 2) put there to dampen a vibration in the chassis that causes the bolt to loosen.

Ok as long as the bolts themselves are interchangeable ill order it tomorrow. Yeah your guess is as good as mine on the metal piece next to the bolt head. I just thought that maybe the ruca bolt would be longer to accommodate the metal piece.

I will be installing my PBM rear drop knuckle with dual R32 rear caliper setup. I want to know if a locking hydraulic handbrake, like the ISIS one for example, will be a viable setup to use as an ebrake. I've searched previously with inconclusive results except for a curious comment that locked hydraulic handbrakes lose pressure over some time.

  • For a ~400HP SR build, what size injectors should I use?
    Thinking 750cc, 810cc or 1000cc. What's the smallest I'll be safe with?
  • Can you use the OEM fuel rail with upgraded injectors on an SR20? What about the FPR?

so i got my sr all wired up this week , ran vacuum line from my waste gate to my hot pipe , my fpr to mani t'd off to my boost gauge.not using a bov so i capped that on the throttle body. i turn the car on and it idles like a rotary and pours black smoke and reeks of fuel and will not rev when i move the throttle and if it does its delyed and super jumpy .
i took my intake manifold of a few moths ago along with my iacv.i did not use new gaskets i just put it back together with the old ones wich seemed in good shape.i removed the heater core, looped the coolant lines ,put on a new elbow with the old o2sensor. i need to get any info on the following things

1.why is it idling like shit and pouring black smoke that smells strong of fuel?
2.im gonna replace the intake gaskets and iacv gaskets , could this have really been leaking enough to cause this issue?
3.im gonna check the plugs to see if a injector is messed up ,they worked when i parked it a few months ago so what could have caused this if it is bad.

i had my fuel lines hooked up wrong on the fuel rail and fpr,so i switched them back over and it started but did said issue , could there be fuel in the motor ? i removed the spark plugs for 3 days before putting new ones in so i thought that would have let all gas evaporate .

what should i do? thanks any help will be good.

Solid bushings are for drag racing. Really, they are. Go with poly, fit grease zerks, and use a shit load of lithium grease on them when you install them and grease them at least every 90 days(quarterly)

The lack of compliance in a metal bushing will cause your car to bump and jump on the track, especially when that track surface is not exactly perfectly smooth as are most smaller tracks or older tracks. The poly is the last place of flexible compliance in your suspension. Besides, you KNOW damn well you ain't only gong to track it. It will be street driven too
