I just finished my Redtop Sr swap into my S13 chasis. the engine is cranking but there is no spark and no fuel? what could be the issue that is causing this to happen? If you need more info I will edit...Please help!

I think there is some serious wiring issues to deal with. When the ignition was on the wiper motor was running, it got red hot. I have to check more wiring.
