I second this. Im looking to pick up an aluminum driveshaft and the guy that owned the car before me put a j30 diff in it. I have a s14 non-abs with an s14sr. I don't know which size to get.

Xterra gears can be hit or miss, best to check the door or firewall tag for HG4* (with * being 3,6, or 9, being the 4.363, 4.636, and 4.9). All supercharged Xterra's are 4.636. I'm looking for 4.90's for mine (Xterra not the 240)

Also C200 Gears are the same as R200A, at least as far as nismo gear sets are concerned, C200's (solid axle) are found in the rear on 2wd hardbodys, xterra's, and frontiers. Its a rear diff cover type, not third member type like the bigger hb233.

I seriously doubt an xterra CV axle will fit, and there is definitely no way either drive shaft is fitting.

I forgot what model SR it is but you can swap over the intake cams from a N/A SR into a Det and its more agressive i think its a 24X duration cam compared to a stock 240 duration det cam. i will try and look it up later.

You have to modify the front of the 180sx (pop up) to match up with the fronts of the headlights in the down position, i.e. weld on more material or fiberglass an extension panel.

I did it on my 180 back in Japan... looked ghetto as hell

I posted the chart, no im talking about the non turbo SR20, the intake cam has a 248* duration compared to the stock 240* duration det cams also the GTi-R has more aggressive cams.

Gabe.... I believe if you have everything you need. Just make sure you have the right brake lines, and as long as your rotors are still good they will fit. Are they the gtr brembos?

There is no difference n spindle lengths for ABS or non ABS. The ABS ring actually rides on the hub and can be fitted to a non ABS hub or taken off a ABS hub.

Ok you guys are mixing up two different things here. He originally was talking about hubs not driveshafts.
Though to answer your question about driveshafts. A ABS driveshaft is 1/2 shorter than a non ABS driveshaft because the snout of the ABS diff is 1/2 inch longer.

Now with a S14 that is not as much of a problem because the center support bushing is on the rear half of the driveshaft and can take a certain amount of compressing. Not ideal but will work.

On the S13 the center support bushing is on the front. Which means if you use a non abs s13 driveshaft with a ABS differential it will tighten up the freeplay the driveshaft has on the transmission by 1/2 again can work but is not ideal.

Also JDM S13 driveshafts are superior to USDM S13 driveshafts because they do not have the big rubber connector at the front for vibration dampening which robs you of torque and HP transfer.

Yes S13 SR driveshafts work with KA trans.

Ok so I have read a few threads about swapping out the s13 front calipers for the z32 front calipers. However I havent been able to find whether I will need a spacer or custom bracket for this swap. Can someone clarify?
