That second picture isn't the same car, it's an actual S15. It looks like the S15 from Ultimate Auto Boutique in Buford, GA. The guy does a lot of custom fiberglass work, and built the entire kit by hand.
I'm guessing that S15 converted S14 was also done by them, and based on the actual S15. He's an extremely talented body/paint guy, but his wife runs the office and is a snake. |

I'd fux with that. There a source or price? It will be a moot point in 8-9 years when you can import a legal one.

Ultimate Auto Boutique in Buford, GA. If it's anything like my experience with them, they'll quote you one price, then charge you double when you go to pick up, with the justification that the quote didn't include paint and materials.

Would still love a LHD S15 or R34 though. I can see the kit car approach making something actually unique, especially with people moving towards tube chassis S-cars. |

s14 is a much prettier car to begin with so I think it's kind of lame. The fact that it has all sorts of scoops and gills and overhangs just makes it even less appealing.

A local guy near me has an actual S15 that he converted himself to be LHD using a wrecked S14 chassis. It has the S14 vin /dash and everything in the car as well...
Just sayin its possible! Yes officer this here is my S14! No need to wait 10 years! |

Genius. Reminds me of that "240sx with illegal mods" that was CLEARLY an S15 from Fast 5... lol. Makes me want to go price out an R-spec and cannibalize my S14.

most of the lhd swap isn't bad. i'd say the part that gets skipped the most is the shifter center console/ebrake area. only because it would have to be a new custom plastic part to look correct. some places in asia have to be lhd so they have no choice but to convert (taiwan, philippines) so there are actually quite a few lhd s15's running around.
