It comes with camber arms, toe arms, traction arms. Man i don't know the mileage. They came with the s14 I purchased a while ago and I never installed them. All the bushing are in good condition tho.

From me reading it is compatible with OBD2 as far as license I don't have that and you will need to purchase it. You will also need a consult connector.
