Joliet area, and the fitment is good. The car it came off of wasn't running when I bought it so I couldn't tell you how it sounds.

Yes excellent condition, and everything works. It is missing the knob on the slide from hot to cold but other than that its in perfect shape.

Tension rods are original from my knowledge. Bushings don't look bad honestly. Obviously not new but not rotted out.
