I'd say they are in average condition, all blemishes are from the previous owner. There is curb rash of various degree on 3 wheels (although none deep), one wheel has numerous paint chips on its spokes and one is also very slightly bent (no leak or balance issues). One wheel is in very good condition with no rash or bends.
