beware of this seller, some shady shit is going down. he accepted a second payment from another guy earlier this week claiming I hadnt paid him when I paid him 2 days before the other guy. and he refuses to get me a tracking number and now wont return phone calls or text messages.

On Saturday, skazat paid him for these coilovers. I had pmed him on Sunday to see if these coilovers were still available and he said that there is a buyer but he has not paid yet. I exchanged text with the seller to ask him a few questions about the coilovers on sunday night and he never said anything about a payment from another buyer so I ended up paying him first thing monday morning.

Since skazat had posted up that he paid for them on this thread, I decided to pm him to see what the deal was. Found out we double paid for the same item.

I texted the seller asking him what was up and he said he made a mistake and didn't see the first payment. I am stating any accusations but what is a buyer supposed to think in this situation. He was very timely in getting the refund back to me but still kind of shady.

Now skazat is having a tough time getting a simple tracking number from the seller which is frustrating.

Well will remove these posts if this transaction is completed successfully or upon receiving a working tracking number.

Wow wtf.... I also contacted him on the 26th and he told me that skazat didn't pay him so I also sent him money for it that night.... he sent me a pm yesterday saying that he was trying to contact me but I didn't receive any pms... I guess I should start a dispute with paypal?

Yeah I sent it to him as a regular payment (even though he asked me to gift it, I covered the fees) and I put it on my card rather than a bank transfer. I should be ok... I really needed this too...

you and me both. ive already opened a dispute with paypal. the thing that gets me is he defends himself and says he has the feedback to back it up (which he does and is why i was comfortable sending a payment) but yet he cant get me something as simple as a tracking number. i will gladly eat my words and write a public apology to him if the coilovers do turn up.
