Yes, but not exactly plug and play.

The trim that comes with these keyring lights only fits S13's. On S14's, I've been told you have to dremel out your own plastic trim piece. The actual light itself fits.

Up to you if you want to take on that project.

It's not a direct plug and play, but wiring one up would only take you 5-10 minutes at most. Most of the time would be spent removing the plastic panels.
