I lol'd when I read your reasoning, why the free shipping only applies to the domestic U.S. It's like saying that HI/AK isn't part of the U.S.A.

Hawaii and Alaska shipping is more $$ than domestic. I do acknowledge them though! ;-)

If I got a Hawaii shipment, I'd climb in the box...needs to go to Maui though. Went once in 88 and loved it. I was only 10 (yes, I'm old, I know...) but too young.
