SEATS ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION, THEY ARE DARK BLUE WITH THE CENTER GREY,IM WILLING TO SHIP IF BUYER PAYS $90 DOLLAR FEE,THEY BOLT RIGHT IN TO ANY 240 EXCEPT FOR ONE OF THE BOLTS. text at 310-904-9172

it will not, but i stll recommend modifing the tab. maybe cutting and welding the stock tab of ur 240 seat to this one. or just have like that, i did.
