i'd check the tps real fast with a multimeter. the middle white wire should be around .5 volts with the throttle closed and the key on (of course so it gets power), and around 4. volts with the throttle wide open. the voltage should increase as you slowly open it without any dead spots.

very easy test.

after you check the tps, i'd check the fuel pressure....another easy test.

no it starts out fine, but when i get over half throttle it acts like its skipping and sounds like it is hitting on 3 cylinders.....a big loss in power. but i can drive it easy and it does fine. idle is a little rough, but doesn't die out. it was sounding like it was hitting on 3 cylinders all the time before i changed the spark plugs, now like i said its just after half throttle

Honestly I dont even know why you're posting a thread when you havent even checked the basics.

- TPS
- Fuel Pressure
- Timing
- Spark
- Vacuum system (you need to use a smoke machine type tester)
- Temp sensors and other sensors
- Spark plugs

This would be the first thing I would always check. Just put a voltmeter and measure voltage as someone slowly opens the throttle for you.

Voltage should be .5V and steadily increase as the throttle is slowly opened.
