Well.  As the topic says, my cruise control won't work.  It hasn't since I bought it a year ago.
I have a '96 240sx SE.  And when I hit the cruise button, the little round green light comes on.  Then when I hit the Set button, the word "cruise" comes on the dash... but my car slows down.
I have looked for a fuse, but couldn't find one.
Any info at all would be great.
Thanks,
-Jeff

I had the same problem.  I got under the hood and located the cruise control unit on the passengers side fire wall and noticed that the throttle cable wasn't connected.  Apparently one of the mechanics who worked on my car had unhooked it and never put it back.  I connected it in two minutes and it works fine now.  Look at your throttle and make sure there are two cables connected to it.  One from the foot pedal and the other from the cruise control.
