i have a brand new (well practically, i used it for literally 3 days) works bell hub for the s14. NO CHEAP STUFF HERE. this hub retains the horn function while it also has a wire that disables the airbag warning light when taking out your airbag. (additional harness not required). it also comes with the 19mm center bolt and locking washer. THIS IS ALL YOU NEED!

it will work in a way. but you wont retain certain functions. and not recommended.

what functions are lost if you use this on an s13?

i dont have a horn or anything, so as long as it turns my signals off then its cool with me. let me know!

yes it comes with all hardware needed. bolts, horn function, srs cancel, etc.
