Are there a set of MBBattles that require no modification? Aka no rolling or camber? I honestly do know if my fenders are rolled but I wana stay away from modification

I would try to measure it out on the car first (pm me if you'd like to know how I do this). I'd say 17x9 or 9.5 in their low offset (+15) would probably work well; even 18's. I'd pick up the wheels, check their fitment on the car then order tires accordingly, keeping in mind the tire's given width is in mm. the tire's profile will help give you any extra clearance that may be needed. I'd check rimtuck . com and tyrestretch . com too for ideas.

On a different note, this question is for everyone using an 11.5" wide wheel in the front: what kind of caster settings are you using and what/ how much work did you have to do to the inner wheel wells up front for clearance?

If you want MB Battlee's or Weapon's, the 17x9 +15 will reequire no modification...but you will have to stay about 1/2" UP from the tire, ie, NO LOW for you. With a simple roll from 10 - 2, you can drop those all the way to the edge of the sidewall

Just tried test fitting my new wheels I bought them because of a really good deal
Here's the setup

Work Vs-xx
17x9 +36
17x9 +47

Looks like I'm having some rubbing/clearance issues on my coils
Would I be fine with Ichiba ver 2 spacers 25mm all around? Or What do you guys suggest??

This would be going on a s13 coupe

You can easily run a 30MM spacer up front and a 25MM spacer in the back.

What kind of tire sizes were you planning on running?

Think about it this way:
Perfect fitment on any stock s-chassis is
17x9 +15
This fitment fits all years on stock suspension, or lowering springs to a 0 gap, or coils down to a 0 gap with no need for roll or pull.
Knowing these measurements, you can now say your WORKs will fit easily with
Front spacer should be ~20mm spacer
Rear should be ~35mm

You can also go 15mm front and 25mm in back and you will be ok, but you will tuck a lot more. the 20mm/35mm will make it close to flush

11 up front is a bad idea unless you don't want to turn.

You should be fine. I had a 9.5j -5 with the same tire size recently on my s13. According to willtheyfit you'll be 7.4 mm towards the strut and 5.4 mm closer to the fender. I had full camber on my coilovers (Pbm) and had more than 7 mil extra space to the fenders and more than 5.4 to the strut as well. I can't comment on rubbing at lock but I didn't rub with my size at all. No tubs but I have beat that area pretty substationally too.

Just a quick question, found pictures but unsure if those cars use spacers or not.

17x9 et22 all around. Problems or clear all 4 corners? TIA.

Trying to tuck a 18x10 +25 on stock fenders. Is it possible? I want a decent amount of tuck.
I have bws coils and a few other suspension parts if that helps w the answer. If anyone has pics that would be great. Its a s13 hatch. I would obviously have to pull and roll the fenders. but really dont like over fenders or flares look. Any help would be really appreciated!

Definitely doable with stretch tires. Rolled with camber. I fit 10j +38 with a 255 tire with room to spare just rolled fenders

Don't mind my terrible looking hatch, but this is 18x10.5 +15 with a 225/40/18 rear.

Fenders have been rolled, not pulled. 18x10 +25 on stock rear fenders will be a walk in the park.

Seems 17x9 + 15 is right on the money on an s13. I was just wondering what tire size?

I'm looking at purchasing some xxr 551's in the near future. Here are the specs I was interested in:
Front: 17x8.25, +22 wrapped in 215/45-17s
Rear: 17x9.25, +22 wrapped in 235/40-17s

Suspension will be dropped in the future, but will probably never be slammed. And I'd like to retain full lock-to-lock steering.

235/40R17 is about as wide as you can go with just rolled fenders.

I'd would go with 17x9.25 and 235/40 all around. Better front fitment and keep the neutral balance of the car with a square setup. The 8.25 would not be flush and the staggered fitment promotes understeer.

I think / am afraid I'll lose steering running a 9.25 run up front. 235 seems a little big up front for a car that's hardly gonna see the track. I sorta dig the staggered look, and it should help get power to the ground.

On the topic of 17x9, I'm thinking of wrapping 17x9 +18 in 245/40 going on a S14, stock fenders

Opinions? Too much meat?

From my initial measurement of the S14, this is my finding for rim and tire sizes with no fender pull or roll:
Front : 17x8 +25 offset
Front tire: 225 - 45

Rear: 17x9 +25 offset
Rear tire: 255 - 40

I haven't bought the rims yet or test fitted any, but this seems accurate because there is alot more room in the rear than the front.
The 17 x 7 (unknown offset) rims I have on right now only has half inch of suspension clearance in the front, but 1.5" in the rear. This is with 1" of space to the front fender with about the same in the rear.

Hey guys so I'm planning to buy some new rims but tbh I'm not an expert in the tires section. Anyways the specs of the rims I'm looking at are Front=18x10.5+5 4" lip med disc and back= 18x11.5+5 4.5" med disc. So the question is what tires size would this rims need? I would like them to look something like this

This is how the car sits with 17's (don't mind the curb rash and scratches rims came with car). I can go lower in the front but in the rear I'll have to tuck the wheel to go lower ..which I don't want

Have you searched the wheel fitment threads for what people with that wheel size are using for tires?

Have 98 kouki stance coilovers with spl suspension

Want 18 vs kf

Have mb battles
18x9 in front
18x9.5 in back
Slight fender roll is all

I like the look but dont know the offset
No spacers either
I want the same look but with vs kf rims
Any way to figure that out?
