Help kade24 rough start, sputtering then dies

So to start off I will explain what I did to get to get to this point where I am stuck and all out of ideas....

I recently swapped a kade into my 95 zenki to replace the old block which had a blown bottom end anywho everything went smoothly or so I thought because now that I've tried to start it I get a rough start takes about 10 secs on average to actually turn over and then when it does it idles normal for 2 secs then bogs lower and lower until it dies almost like it's not getting enough air I've tried to hit the throttle but that only makes it worse.

To be precise
I've deleted the egr and capped all the lines that needed to be capped in absence of the egr
I have new hoses
New spark plugs new cables
I've checked the maf
I've checked the iacv
I am getting spark to all four plugs and I am getting fuel for sure because the car starts otherwise I'm pretty it wouldn't turn over

Anywho any opinions will be greatly appreciated because I am stumped (also please be gentle this is my first post lol)
Thank you

Also here's a quick video of the HUD of when I turn it on:
