Thank you Stumbled across this bad boy on eBay... AEM V2 BNIB for $1700 OBO... Threw him an offer of $1550 expecting to get shot down and he took it (so happy right now) There will be a F/S thread coming soon with a clean working AFC NEO with extension harness, aristo ECU, and wiring specialties 2JZ patch harness for those that don't want to hack up their harnesses! It's a really nice piece but I won't be needing that anymore

http://bit.ly/1cZceBa I have some cheapo stocking mount for the trans at the moment which I'll change out later Quote:
I have not. All the stuff I read says it should plug right in with no issues since the differences are things are aren't being used like VSV's and some other junk. Please correct me if I'm wrong Quote:
Any idea what the differences are? Link to what you read?

Made a little progress today on intercooler piping and exhaust
Also swapped out the nismo mounts with the new 2" solids and the good closes now! Just noticed that I have to slot the get nuts labs brackets to allow them to sit flush against the mounts Here is the gap before the mounts I'll get a pic next time I'm out there but it's down to like 1/4" now

BiG MiKE's Little Build!
Had to pull the engine brackets back out so that I could slot the holes to adjust for the change in motor mount height (from 2.75" to 2.00")

Slotted the holes on my GET NUTS LAB brackets and now the engine sits as low as it can go! I can get about 2 sheets of paper between the pan and the rack lol
If I had to do it again I'd get the engine mounts at 2.125" tall and I think that's money My hood closes now with no issues even with both hooks mounted to the head Fixed a gas leak I had and fired her up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Jok...m-upload_owner

Had to go back and shim the engine mounts by 1/8" since the rack seemed to be rubbing when turning the wheel.
Made some round shims with a hole saw and a piece of 1/8" aluminum plate. Slotted the holes so I didn't have to life engine much to install. A little lift Bingo! Seems like rubbing issue was resolved but now the front hook rubs the hood a tad so I just rocked it backwards and tightened in place so it doesn't get lost. Installed K&N filters on turbo and IAC vent today. I'll be adding an intake pipe to push the intake away from the turbo and connect the valve cover to it as well. Gettin close to rollin!

BiG MiKE's Little Build!
Got motivated and pulled the dash and removed all the useless a/c junk that I won't be using... So much extra space under the dash

BiG MiKE's Little Build!
Haven't done much lately besides adjust front coilovers, bolt hood back on, and strut bar which clears nicely. Been too busy buying LED's for my G37 LOL...

Removed hose barb Drilled and tapped for 1/8 NPT plug Thanks! Yes it is a 4" filter. I just mounted it on the turbo to keep things out of it but I will be having a 4" pipe to the battery tray location made where the air filter will sit
