Help! Wiring an OBD2 Diagnostic port directly to a VQ35DE ECU

I'm working on an S13 with a VQ35DE swap and I need to hard wire an OBD2 plug into the ECU but I can't find a wiring diagram that shows from the factory port all the way to the ECU.

I've been following this pinout for the plug.

Nissan OBD II diagnostic interface pinout and wiring @ pinoutsguide.com

The chassis ground (pin 4) and the constant voltage (pin 16) are pretty self explanatory.

I figured out that pins 109 and 113 on the ECU are CAN lines but I have no idea how to figure out which one is CAN High and CAN Low.

I'm not sure what "Signal Ground" (pin 5) is supposed to go to.

I'm also not sure what the "K-Line" (pin 7) and "L-Line" (pin 15) are.

Any help, suggestions, or expertise would be appreciated.

Thanks guys.
