NH FS/FT: Stage 2 2002 WRB WRX Sedan

Up for sale is my 2002 World Rally Blue WRX sedan 5 speed, 160K miles. Miles are alllllllll highway, since I have a 48.8mi commute (one way) to work.

Car is located in Manchester.

Mods:

Stage II Tune by Kinetic Motorworks (I have dyno sheets to prove it), 237hp 234Tq
Front Brakes: Carbotech Bobcat pads with Powerslot rotors
Rear Brakes: Hawk HP+ pads and Carbotech slotted rotors

Grimmspeed EBCS
SPT intake
SPT catback
Invidia Catless divorced downpipe
2005 STi Catless uppipe
Kartboy short throw shifter

2009 Tribeca Horns (pretty damned loud)

Killer B black Belt cover and cooling panel
No name 17x7 wheels (came with the car when I bought it)
Had a wing, swapped the trunk to wingless
Pink zipties under the hood +5hp!
Multiple stickers on back window +5tq!

If I remember anything else, I'll amend the post.

The good:
-Subaru Technican (that's me!) maintained/owned
-Oil has been changed EVERY 3K RELIGIOUSLY! with Subaru Synthetic oil.
-Car has only been AutoX'd once. It placed 3rd.
-Car was my daily driver, all the mileage is highway mileage from my daily commute from Manchester to Belmont.
-I did pretty much a 60K service on it less than 10k ago, plugs included.
-Timing belt, water pump, tensioner, and all pulleys were all done around 110K
-Never been in a major accident.

The bad:
-2 dents, both minor.
-needs new tires and an alignment
-CEL is on for an evap leak
-wheels need to be balanced
-hoodscoop is black, needs to be painted.
-typical subaru paint b/s (rock chips), could use a good buff and wax
-Needs a new A/C compressor.
-2 windows have scratches on them

I will also have the car fully detailed inside and out.
