Exclamation turn signals is s13 work on and off! help please!

okay so my s13 has had some issues in the past but this one has be baffled! my turn signals will come on and work perfectly fine for a day or so. then randomly they will not turn on when i click down or up on the level. it still makes the noise but the lights wont flash.

i've tried replacing the switch and the electronic flasher with no luck.
the only other info i know is that when they don't work i'm still getting 12.18 volts to the harness going into the switch.

i'm thinking maybe a ground is loose or a connection might be lose.

if this is any help my drivers seat belt is auto and they only work sometimes too but don't seem to be in correlation with the turn signals. and my windshield wipers always turn on but i don't have first position and they turn off when they feel like it. like i turn the switch to off but they keep on wiping.

if anyone has any idea where i can start looking or where possible grounds may be it would be awesome! thanks.

also i have an sr in it but the issues have been there since before the swap was even started.

there are a ton of grounds behind the headlight housing. Pull the ground off and sand down to bare metal then put them on. It will give you a way better ground

my intermittant setting for my windshield wipers works when it wants to as well. Seems a little more common.

If you have time, you should post what/where it was shorted so that way anyone who has similar symptoms can diagnose their issue easier.. Helps build up the search feature of this forum as well..
