this is a mix of things. i have a 91 NA 2+0 and just recently my car will die as im driving. everything will be running flawlessly but then at random times it will hesitate and then rev cap at 2500rpm as if the maf weren't sending any signal. it will let me rev freely through out the tach if i disengage the clutch and floor the gas pedal once or twice. sometimes it will even completely shut off as i brake. it wont choke and bog or anything like that, it will just slowly drop RPM's and silently turn off as the car is still rolling. and my alarm will go off at random times and i read that all of these problems can be caused by a malfunctioning security module...any body have any ideas?

buuump. research says o2 sensor could be bad too?
