So I've been searching and im not getting a straight answer, can you take a ka24e or de sensor and use it to replace a SR sensor without modifying the wiring?

Match the sensor you're already using so you dont have to modify the wiring. So if you're using your S14 lower harness, then just use an S14 sensor. Speed sensors the same between the JDM or USDM KA/SR transmission.
