so are they asuming this is BMW? or do they have proof it is bmw.. i know bmw doesnt really make competitive bikes,well they dont really bother with sport bikes

Meh. I prefer my bmws to have parallel motors, that last a long long time...and a driveshaft connected to the rear wheel, so I don't have to maintain a chain.
