i think thats a VIS hood.

not 100% sure, a friend of mine has the same style hood, but i dont think he bought it.

Also, can anyone please tell me what an OEM S14 kouki spoiler is made out of? Is it the styrofoamy material, or fiberglass?

to answer your questions, i think the mirrors are bomex type 2

and the oem spoiler is made of urethane
