The only 'free benefits' I get are medical and dental. It's also done by military personnel who are getting paid depending on their paygrade. They don't get a fucking commission for a wisdom tooth removal or throwing a cast on. They don't get paid by the hour...something that you take for granted until you're working 12+ hours 5+ days a week. I don't mean to belittle those benefits at all...but it's a small benefit to be given when you give up the freedom to:

-Come and go as you please
-Leave the country at your leisure
-Call in sick when you have the flu (without having to drive to medical to have them give you a chit to PROVE your sickness)
-Be around for a childbirth or death in the family

I've never bled for the US. I haven't been overseas. I haven't killed for our country. I joined to do at least two of those things, in a nutshell. I'm not 'Joe-Patriot'.

To put it into terms you can understand: I have to pay (in one way or another) for the 'handouts' I'm given due to my occupation...and I don't even ask for a military discount (or flash my ID) out in town.

How do I adjust this? By spinning the collar, the preload is adjusted on one side of the car and on the other side of the car the entire coil spins down (like it should?)
