because the guy who stole my 13 faced the same charges... They caught the fucker cause he posted links on zilvia/craigstlist saying he was located in missouri and i asked for pictures of the turbo and the serial numbers matched up and they traced the paypal to 2 blocks from my house. Went to his court in west covina to testify with receipts of my car and parts and he got sent to the butt rape fest twin towers
