I will be selling my s13 that i have had for about two years.
i recently dropped an SR with a couple of buddies about 5/6 months ago which i picked up a front clip that had 75,000 kilometers from J&R motors
and ive daily drove it since so i probably added about 10k miles since then if that. honestly this motor is a lot healthier and more reliable than the stupid KA that i rebuilt.

engine:
75,000 kilometers = 46,602 miles
oil changed regularly
changed the spark plugs, maf , fuel pump, alternator, belts, thermostat, power steering pump, o2 sensors and all that good stuff...
new engine harness that i bought from phase2
Motor is pretty much stock
t25 on 11lbs
circuit sport 3" elbow - 3" downpipe/test pipe - ebay 3" exhaust
Godspeed intercooler / Radiator
New clutch fan
fan shroud still in one piece
aluminum coolant reservoir.
circuit sport polyurethane motor mounts
Transmission no grinds, all gears work. fluid has been changed in it
clutch still feels new.

suspension:
everything is pretty much godspeed (dont hate)
meagan outter tie rods.
and some function and form coilovers

interior:
original dash so has some wear and tear
S15 seats (no rips)
silvia steering wheel
spin knob
radio/alarm & kill switch
trunk carpet has been set aside in my garage
rear seats still in car

Exterior
front: 17x9.5 +12 Varrostoen 215/45/17 with %75
Rear: 17x10 +20 Cobra Reps 225/45/17 with %80
spares: 2 Stock Tear drop rims in storage that you may have
kouki tails
functional side markers
roof wing scoop thing visor

Extra *stuff that is in a box*
side mount intercooler
a/c compressor off KA
belts
motor mounts
stock arms
just a box full of stuff that are for s13s lol

Cons:
Welded diff
some seepage of fluid from power steering
needs a new valve cover gasket
no A/C or Heater
Loud
alignment
5 lug conversion done to the rear only
some dents. scratches
bumper doesnt sit flush
cracked dash
odometer is in Kmph (doesnt work)
21 year old car
frame is still in good shape just a little dinged up since i have the car pretty low
exhaust leak from resonator.

the tabs broke that where holding the intercooler
i had them re welded that same day and just didnt take the straps off
the intercooler has tabs welded on the bumper with a bolt on each side
i know i know lol not a good look
i should have taken them off for the picture along with putting the bumper back on

but no straps needed.
