no there is no drift mode such as in the new GT5.. but you can modify the cars to drift and play solo and or online with other "drifters"

I am a GT guy when i have time and we have been doing it for a long time.. it pushed PD to put the mode in the game... i wonder if Forza 3 will do the same.

actually ive been a GT guy too, forza is just something different. especially the let down that is forza 2=forza 1.5

forza 1 was better IMO

i want a PS3.

any game where there is a "drift mode" sucks. whatever physics engine they use is unrealistic as hell. I mean, you just turn the steering wheel a bit and suddenly you're doing a 4th gear manji down the straightaway, what the fuck.

this game is just tops. i missed the first one because i was a GT fanboy at the time and lol'd at its appearance. but man is this a great game.

Like I said, it's all about driver preference when it comes to tuning, and finding your own style. Find what works for you, then tweak it in one direction and see if it's better or worse for you.

i feel the same away, they are console games made for entertainment They have like low gear ratios, no rear traction but just enough that the cars dont spin out etc. Only game that i can think of that you had to feint and throw the cars around was Enthusia for ps2.. but that game probably didnt have much of a fanbase because you didnt have features like car tuning, body kits and other bullshit that pleases the masses of console racers lol

hopefully forza doesnt go that route. i never had a xbox so i dont know much about the physics.

im curious to see if anyone else uses the tire friction, G circle, and suspension travel data to improve their driving and car tuning? This is what I love about Forza. I can't imagine whats going to be in FM3!
