So just bought a 5 stud conversion for s13 to s14 oem ones.

Not sure if S14 to S13 OE hubs are direct bolt on or not. Ive used Ichibas for over 10 years now.

So if I purchased these wheles in 17x9 +30 and ran 225/40, they should fit easy?

id suggest 225 infront and 245 out back. I ran 235s stretched on 18x9.5 a long time ago... still requires camber though. You may want to consider 17x9 +20 or +15 if youre going for that hot boi fitment look.

Is it worth ordering the wheels now or after I do the conversion?

did you order new rotors as well? id suggest ordering wheels now so when the 5 lug conversion shows up and you install it, you have wheels to put on your car given 4 lug wheels dont exactly work on 5 lug hubs

Will Probably also get spacers after tyres

you might want to consider ordering coilovers, front tension rods, rear upper control arms, rear toe links and rear traction rods before you start messing around with spacers given youre going to need to lower the car along with dialing in proper alignment specs (cant do this on stock control arms).
