SR Idle issues. Too high and Too rich

So I have this rebuilt Sr that Im trying to get track worthy. I can't pull codes from the ECu because the little srew just keeps turning.

Symptoms:

-I can't get the idle to come down much farther than 1500 (screwing the AICV all the way in).
-It's running super rich
-Rev limit at 4K with MAF plugged in
-Unplugging MAF fixes ^that^

The main theory is a bad MAF. What do you think?

Help is greatly appreciated,
Jake
