Why would you want to? You can do it with a little splicing. But some of your sensors will not work. Some of the setting for fuel/airflow will be off. I have a power FC and tuning parameters for the ecu of the car are very simple to change if you get the software. I forgot the web site but you can buy software and the adapter (if you want to call it that) that plugs into your factory ecu. Once you hook this up to your car and start it up the program learns your cars parameters and from there it will give you suggestions and will give you warnings if you are out of safety range. I can't Remeber where to get it. But it is some of the same software tuning shops and Nissan use. When I find it I will give you the link.

maybe he wanted to turn his auto into a 5sp and thought he could save some money if he kept the ecu...seemed pretty obvious to me... <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/eh.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':eh:'>

hehe, I am running an auto ecu in my 91 because the car was an auto and I converted it to a 5 speed.
With S13's you can get away with running an auto ecu on a 5 speed swap. but with a S14 you will have to switch to a 5 speed ecu, due to OBDII. Which will throw a code bringing on your check engine light.
